Energetic Protection 101

Other people’s energy got you down? Energetic Protection 101 is an introductory class in setting healthy energetic boundaries with your family, co-workers and even walking into Wal-mart.

Patti Mason of Phoenix Moon Energy and Sarah Pickard of Upper Room Reiki will guide you through exercises to cleanse your energetic field and strengthen your boundaries.

A few topics that you can expect in this class:

• Grounding
• Clearing
• Safeguarding your energetic presence

Please be sure to bring with you:

• A notebook or journal
• Pen or pencil to write with
• Water bottle and water – you want to stay hydrated with this work
• Wear comfortable clothing
